    Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. This class is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre. A fun workout is guaranteed.

  • Piloxing Barre

    The classic barre workout with a modern twist, this program takes traditional ballet moves and throws in Pilates and Boxing. The ballet workout with a boxing component. It’s not your average barre workout, as it has added cardio and lots of arm work. Focusing on flexibility and muscle tone, this punched up Barre program is high energy, yet low impact.

  • Power Aqua

    Power Aqua Exercise is an amazing way to get in shape and stay healthy. Power Aqua Fitness classes will get your body moving in the water.

    This class is a high energy, interval-conditioning class that transitions between cardio and strength training, all while in the pool.

  • Bootcamp

    Bootcamp challenges every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set; you're bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for 45min, your body has no time to rest, therefore, you’re burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop. It's a way to challenge your body and mind into doing a workout, which leaves no prisoners.

    Although it is intense and you will sweat, we pride ourselves in looking after EVERY BODY. This means, we focus on technique and cater to your fitness level or limitations. It's for the strong, the not so strong, the fit, and the not so fit. There is no discrimination, as long as you have the will to finish what you started.

  • Stretch and Roll

    Say goodbye to tension and soreness. Feel great and move your body with our awesome Stretching/Foam Roller Class.

    Focusing on reduced muscle tension, increased range of movement, injury prevention, increased energy levels and improved mental health. Combine this with our specific Pilates component and you have the perfect class for wellbeing.

    Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique that is increasingly used by athletes, physical therapists, and fitness goers alike. It is meant to mimic and provide some of the same benefits of a deep tissue massage. The purpose of foam rolling is to help loosen muscles and relieve muscle tension.

  • Yoga - General & Yin Yoga

    Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. The class focuses on alignment of the whole body while holding poses that support the spine, building strength, mobility and flexibility, while creating a feeling of calm. In addition to the many physical benefits, scientific evidence demonstrates that Yoga also supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, weight management, sleep quality and improves breathing capacity.

    Yin Yoga is a calm peaceful practice that targets the connective tissues and joints of the body, helping to improve flexibility and mobility. Yin Yoga is a floor-based practice where postures are held for time. Suitable for everyone, particularly people who are ‘busy’ stressed and in need of balance.

  • Private Reformer

    Private Reformer exercise is a Pilates-based workout that focuses on improving core strength, balance, flexibility and muscle tone using a reformer machine. The reformer machine consists of straps, pulleys and a carriage, which can be adjusted according to the individual’s strength and fitness goals. The exercises are performed with light weights or no weights, focusing on proper breathing techniques. This type of workout helps to reduce stress levels, improve posture, strengthen muscles and increase overall flexibility.

    This type of Pilates-based exercise that uses a specialized machine called a reformer to help with strength training and stabilization. In semi-private reformer classes, the instructors control the intensity and duration of the exercises to ensure that each participant can work at their own level. This type of exercise helps improve posture, flexibility, balance, and coordination while targeting specific muscle groups for toning and strengthening. It is beneficial for people of all ages and fitness levels and can create an overall sense of well-being.

    You’ll find the benefits of our semi-private sessions immediate as it is tailored and personalised with only two people in a class.   • Circuit Reformer Pilates

    Want AFFORDABLE reformer classes that are small and personal? We have it!

    4 people in a class that combines the Reformer with mat Pilates! The perfect combo. Get some friends together or just book in yourself.

    Bookings are also available by appointment if you would like a different time.

    Mat classes utilise the body weight for exercises, while the Reformer adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs that form part of the machine.

    This class offers the same benefits as semi-private lessons but with more social interaction. You get to practice along with others in the class and have an instructor to help guide you through proper form and technique to ensure maximum benefit from each exercise.
