Our range of fitness classes will get you moving, combat stress and feel comfortable in our no pressure environment. From our signature Pilates and Stretching classes to high energy Trampoline or FHIT Barre4 or Punchfit classes, there is something for everyone.
In 60 minutes you will become more flexible, become more centered and strengthen almost every muscle in your body. Pilates is our foundation which ALL our classes are based from.

(pronounced 'Punchfit Plus') combines 30 minutes of boxing PLUS 15 minutes of Pilates = 45 minute awesome class!
Boxing conditions your entire body and provides one of the most challenging and enjoyable workouts of any sport. This class is for the guys, ladies or anyone who wants a workout that packs a 'punch'!

What are the benefits of rebounding?
- CARDIO VASCULAR FITNESS: A study carried out by NASA found that 10 minutes bouncing on a trampoline is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running.

Bootybarre is an upbeat and incredibly effective workout that uses ballet barre support and small props.
You do not have to be a ballerina to take this class.
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. This class is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre. A fun workout is guaranteed.
FHIT Barre 4
FHIT Barre (Functional High Intensity Barre) takes your barre fitness to the next level! You will get the benefits of barre but combining with interval training to get your heart rate up and burn maximum calories.
Each interval is 4 minutes long so there is no time to get bored. You will work from head to toe whilst getting your heart rate up every 4 minutes. 45 minutes of pure toning, cardio and burn.
Sweat, burn calories and feel totally amazing!
Trampilates combines the benefits of rebounding with an added Pilates component. Spaces are very limited.
Cooley Health Clinic's Power Aqua Fitness class will get your body moving in the water.
This is a high energy, interval-conditioning class that transitions between cardio and strength training, all while in the pool. This no-impact class is designed to get a great, whole body workout while safely protecting the joints from impact while in the water.

*8 hour cancellation policy applies to am classes, 4 hours for all pm classes (class will be charged). Minimum of four participants are required for classes to proceed.
