Suzanne has worked with clients worldwide and have seen first-hand that no one diet works for everyone. You cannot give one plan to a group of individuals and expect it to work the same way on each of them.

Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behaviour adjustments.” To put it simply, health coaches like Suzanne are highly educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness, bio-individuality and mentoring.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or just get healthy, Suzanne will take the time to listen to your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling, and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works for your body.

She will assist you create your own personalised plan through encouragement, education and support in creating healthy behaviours in the realms of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management.

The coaching model Suzanne uses when working with clients draws from the latest evidence-based coaching and educational research, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness-based tools and techniques which look at the connection between thoughts, emotions and actions. The intention is to support you to discover ways to discover ways to solve challenges and untangle valueless thinking and behaviour.

Suzanne is a qualified Health & Nutrition Coach through Well College Global. She is currently studying to become a ICF certified coach. She specialises in:
